Rick Shinmi

Hello, My name is Rick (Rikuto) Shinmi.  I'm from Japan. I've been in SBISD since April 2016. 

Since my arrival, I have been receiving wonderful education at Memorial Middle School especially in the theater class with Ms. Huchital who gave me much confidence and many friends.

I want to express my gratitude to my school and my neighborhood who always show the "southern hospitality" to me. 

I would like to return the favor.

I may have to leave Houston this year. I hope my raising fund support the art education in SBISD.
